This is a wiki for discussing Classpath relicensing. It's located on novalis.org because it was easier for me to set up the software on my own server than for FSF's sysadmins to find time to do it (they're quite busy). Nonetheless, it is an official project of the Free Software Foundation. The current license is problematic because nobody can agree on what it means. For example, can I distribute a class which extends a class in Classpath under terms of my choice? Is it really a "independent module" if it's derived from Classpath? What if instead of extending, I copy-and-paste?
